Remember my newly harvested Black Krim heirlooms?

This is the best recipe for eating them.

Ready?

Are you sure?

Okay, here we go…

Step #1 – slice them up.

Step #2 -salt and pepper them.

Step #3 – if needed, drizzle a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Okay, okay, a little fresh basil shredded overtop is acceptable as well.

That’s it.

Do nothing else with these.  I’m not kidding…I mean why ruin perfection by cooking or adding anything that will overpower the incredible flavor of these babies?

These may be the best tomatoes I’ve ever eaten.
