Summer Tomato Burrata Salad

Serves: 4
- 2-3 cups sliced garden-fresh tomatoes any size
- 8 oz. burrata container (I got at Trader Joe's) or 2 balls
- 1-2 T. Olive oil
- 2 T. balsamic glaze
- 2 T. shredded fresh basil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Lay burrata balls in a shallow large bowl or plate
- Slice or chop tomatoes roughly into bite size pieces and layer around burrata balls
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle olive oil over
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over
- Sprinkle fresh basil over all
