  • 2 c. dried chickpeas
  1. Place dried chickpeas in a high powdered blender or food processor.
  2. Process for 2-4 minutes, scraping down the sides of the machine as needed.
  3. If necessary, sift flour through a sifter afterward to break down any larger pieces of chickpeas that did not proces4s.
