BAKED Crispy Hot Wings and Three Sauces

Ingredients
WINGS:
  • 3 pound bag of chicken wings/drummies
  • ¾ c. flour
  • ¼ c. corn starch
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • ¼ t. pepper
MANGO HABANERO SAUCE:
  • 1 c. mango nectar
  • ½ c. honey
  • ¼ c. Franks hotsauce
  • 2 t. habenero sauce (we like El Yucatan)
  • ½ t. onion powder
  • 1 T. butter
  • Mix together in saucepan over medium heat - bring to simmer and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring often until thickened. Remove from heat.
HOTSAUCE:
  • Franks Hotsauce
GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE:
  • ½ c. butter
  • 1½ t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • ¼ t. black pepper
  • ½ c. grated parmesan cheese
  • Mix together in saucepan over medium heat just until butter melts. Stir all together well. Remove from heat.
Instructions
  1. Directions for Wings -Preheat oven to 425ยบ add everything but the wings to a gallon sized freezer bag. Shake to combine well. Add in 6-8 wings and shake making sure all is coated. Brush sheet pan with vegetable or canola oil and lay out chicken wings in a single layer (not touching). Place into oven on rack (on top third of oven). Bake for 20 minutes, then flip all to other side. Bake 20 minutes more. Toss with desired sauce.
HABANERO SAUCE
  1. Mix together in saucepan over medium heat - bring to simmer and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often until thickened. Remove from heat.Toss with wings

  1. Toss wings with sauce
GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE
  1. Mix together in saucepan over medium heat just until butter melts. Stir all together well. Remove from heat.
