For Mother’s Day, Mr. Wonderful bought me a Silpat mat. Problem was, it was about 6 inches too long for my baking pans. So tonight, we returned it. And lo and behold, I got two for the price of one. Bye bye parchment paper. We don’t need you round here no mo. You’re too stinkin expensive!
