Bleu Cheese Herbed Butter
This is a simple but impressive topping for a good, grilled, juicy steak. And it’s simple as pie.
Take one stick of butter and let it soften. Throw it into a bowl.
Chop up 1/4 cup of chives and a couple of tablespoons of parsley. Add them right into the butter.
Also add in 1/2 cup of crumbled bleu cheese.
Add in 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Then take a fork and mash everything up really good..or is it well?
Transfer it to a serving dish…
And you are all set to dollop this loveliness on top of your favorite cut of grilled steak.
