Going With The Hype – Snow Ice Cream
Alright.
I am not going to quote the words flying around here…
Words like “Snowmaggeddon”…words like “Snowappocalypse”.
I don’t even know if I’m spelling those correctly. All I know is ..
That YES we’re getting snow..in the “Blow sideways type of form”
But most importantly…
Are you getting any Snow Ice Cream recipes?

Mix ohhhhh.. about 12 cups of snow in the biggest bowl you’ve got…
Wait, I forgot to mention that you should use untouched snow..in the middle of a drift.
Okay, now pour in one can of sweetened condensed milk.
Then dump in one tablespoon of vanilla.
Mix everything up…if you need to like me, add in a bit (less than a cup) of heavy cream.
Mix…mix…mix….
Believe it or not…WOW…it’s good!
Both of these guys liked it!
Well, except for that leaf that Mr. Wonderful pulled out of his mouth at one point. How’d that get in the middle of the snow?
And this my friends is what Oklahomans do with snow…cuz we don’t get it very often!

You know, my kids thought it was fun to have snow ice cream – but one bowl was plenty!
